As the firm
operates an inclusive management policy, the senior project architects and
younger recently qualified architects are all encouraged to participate in
establishing the strategy and working methods of the Practice.
Under
Jim
Brennan’s chairmanship our Board,
Amanda Carter
and
Nick Hyams take responsibility for the design and implementation of the
various schemes. Each project has a nucleus team, which is supplemented with
design and technical resources according to the demands of the programme.
Our directors and designers maintain involvement with the development of the
project throughout the detailing process, to ensure that the design concept
is maintained.
