Brennan Architects was founded in South Carolina in 1992 by Jim Brennan, who
brought his lengthy
experience as Managing Partner of a large architecture practice to this new
venture, along with his
specialty in justice and correctional projects.
The firm’s design portfolio includes projects in a variety of market sectors,
including historic
preservation, commercial, hospitality, and multi-unit residential properties,
with its specialty remaining
criminal justice facilities of all kinds.
Brennan Architects creates buildings that allow people to work in a better, more
productive
environment. We take the time to learn how people need to move in and through a
particular space. We
look for ways to contribute to operational efficiency by making our designs
respond to the people who
will live, work, and visit the finished building.
We work with clients to design spaces that balance functionality, practicality,
