To address that critical need, Brennan Properties has taken four of our most successful and transferable designs and prepackaged them for fast and affordable assembly. These buildings can be built more quickly and less expensively than any other option available, including the tent-like structures or portable trailers in use by some.

But what we offer goes beyond a proven design or the completion of a finished building. Our design/construction packages include operations consulting that will allow you to run the facility in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Brennan Properties organizes the design, construction, and operations staff and resources of The Brennan Group into a single team working for you.
Each of our four building packages use precast concrete components manufactured by Tindall Corporation according to designs developed by Brennan Architects. Materials are manufactured in a controlled factory setting off-site, which maximizes both quality control and security, and delivered to any location in the U.S.
Brennan Management Systems directs the construction process on-site using local trades, which keeps jobs and dollars in the local economy.
Brennan Consulting & Training Services assists with personnel recruitment and training and organizes a comprehensive plan for the physical move into the new building. We provide expertise on facility staffing, management strategies, hiring outside vendors to deliver key services, and the development of policies and procedures manuals and inmate handbooks as critical tools in liability management.
