23 Arniston Road, in South West London was originally a four bedroom, one bathroom detached residential house from the 1930s.  Our design converted the house to a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom residence with a stunning rear extension and 5 reception rooms.

The home now features a light-filled kitchen and dining area with a TV/lounge room and study that lend a modern and contemporary feel to the residence.  We preserved the more formal Sitting Room, but designed a new gallery and library with cat 5 wired workstation points over the original garage.  We created a wine store adjacent to the dining area, and an art "making" room for the children beyond.  The roof space includes a new master suite with a dressing area and separate bathroom.
