Formerly used as a warehouse for the Atlantic Tobacco Company, this structure has been vacant for over 25 years and has become an eyesore in the downtown Florence business community.  Brennan Properties intends to renovate this blighted property into a first-rate public storage facility that caters to the business document and office storage market.

Atlantic Storage will provide safe, clean, climate-controlled storage units that will be accessible 24-hours per day.  US Door, a leading provider of storage units, is a consultant on the Atlantic Storage facility project and contributed industry statistics as we developed our plan of action.  US Door helped develop a unit size mix and layout for the facility that responds to potential demand and maximizes space availability and revenues.
