Evans Street Village
Florence, South Carolina
Brennan Architects' master plan for Evans Street Village consists of an urban neighborhood of apartments, commercial office space, retail spaces with storefronts on the street, and entertainment venues, all of which will be designed and built in the renovated buildings of downtown Florence, South Carolina.

Our plan is to restore the unique architecture in the historic district, re-using and re-inventing the buildings that give the city character and interest and tie us to the past. Our vision for the Evans Street Village furthers the City’s plans for the new Pathway Park by creating a neighborhood that sustains it. We hope to re-introduce the sense of community and place that has made Florence such a vital city for so many years.

Our plans are incremental and structured in such a way that the first phase—10 buildings in the historic district—will create the framework to expand the live/work community to additional blocks downtown.
