Hardee Building
Florence, South Carolina
The owner of 154 West Evans Street had planned to renovate it and make it his permanent residence. However, he has since agreed to partner with Brennan Properties to develop this building into a residential and retail property, with 1- and 2-bedroom apartments on the second floor that will open onto the newly constructed Pathway Park.

This building is particularly important to our Evans Street Village concept because Pathway Park will start at its doorstep and expand four blocks to The Florence Library. The promise of this building is immense: it offers storefront space at the street level, a tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly avenue, with accessible parking and Pathway Park at its rear.
