Sterte Regeneration
Brennan Williams Lester are delighted to be appointed by Knightstone Housing Association as the architect and designer for this exciting new project at the western gateway into Poole town centre. The Sterte area of Poole has now been given the opportunity to ‘blossom’ with the finance in place for a new regeneration scheme. The project will consist of affordable housing set alongside a revitalised public park.

Working in partnership with the local authority and key stakeholders, a comprehensive community consultation and resident participation programme has been implemented to steer the design process with commencement on site scheduled for January 2008.
