Brennan Architects is providing architectural design and construction management services for a new 500-bed jail in downtown Jacksonville, adjacent to the existing county courthouses.  The project also includes a new 25,000 square foot Sheriff's Building and a 15,000 square foot office complex for justice-related departments.

Project scope inludes progamming analysis, evaluation of utility service capacity constraints or excess necessary for facility operations, HVAC compatibility with facility demands and compliance with air quality and Code requirements, compliance with design standards for correctional facilities, development of a design and construction program to implement recommendations, and close coordination with client throughout the project.
